Never staying there again!

Absolutely appalled that this is a Wyndham property. Main elevator not working, no toiletries, shower door broken and none of the "locked 24 hours, use room key" entrances were locked. The evening clerk helped out with toiletries and called in service to repair elevator. When checking out, I mentioned the security doors and was told "no worries, I've been here all night holding down the fort"...REALLY!!!

I stay in La Quintas a lot and this is the worst one I have ever been in. It's older and not in great shape. My room was not great either. But, the thing that I noticed the most was that the desk staff acted like they didn't want to be there. Hard to get to come to the desk; not helpful when they got there and then refused to print or e-mail a receipt for my stay. Ironic because I had stayed in a LaQuinta in San Antonio the night before making the rez the same way and they did both. Disappointing.

Room was nice and clean. It was stocked up with plenty of towels. I needed an extra pillow and blanket and front desk provided one quickly and effortlessly. Breakfast area could use improvement. The rug near the waffle station looked old and dirty and no syrup for waffles. Most of the individual cream cheese containers had the tops slightly lifted making it dry. Not the worst hotel breakfast but could use improvement.
