The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave soused towels on the laundry room floor.
Please make sure all outdoor lights and fans are turned off, all lights are controlled by the switch panel by the front door, with the exception of flood lights that have switches on the patio level
Please put all garbage in green bins, if it is Thursday please leave bins at top of driveway as we have pickup on Thursdays.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am. Maximum 4 cars can park in driveway. Overnight street parking is not allowed.
Lessee agrees to use the bunk bed at his/her own risk and to hold the Landlord harmless for any damage and/or injury caused by use of a bunk bed.
Lessee agrees to hold harmless the landlord from all losses, expenses, or actions of any kind arising out of the use of the premises and swimming pool

Family trip

It was a nice house everyone loved it. The only issue was every time we left the house we came back to a hot and humid house unsure if the host controls the thermostat; aside from that everyone enjoyed our stay.

Great house, great communication!

Very nice house, great pool, lake was still low. So we did not walk down, however the pool was perfect for the mid-90s weather. Communication from the host was fantastic! Would highly recommend. Lots of space to relax and enjoy with friends.

Lovely place

The house was just great! Lots of hang out space and we had a blast playing ping pong. The pool was great for everyone! Would stay here again.
