You'll be in the heart of it all - three blocks to Town Lake and less than five minutes to 6th Street, downtown or Rainey Street. This luxury property has a spacious open layout with a newly completed backyard oasis, including an oversized patio with premium outdoor kitchen and large heated pool with loungers to catch some sun with friends and family.

The house features an open floor plan with plenty of luxurious touches throughout. Bathed in natural light, you'll love your stay here on the Eastside.

This house has plenty of space for groups here on vacation or business travel. If your plans take you downtown, it's just a quick rideshare or scooter to the Convention Center.

Each of the four bedrooms are set up with comfortable mattresses and quality linens. The rooms include numerous options for charging electronics, including built into the beds or nightstands! All bedrooms have a smart Roku TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies while you unwind. Closets are very spacious so you'll be able to unpack and stay a while.

The house has two dedicated work spaces with monitors and keyboard/mouse set up. G-fiber internet with gigabit speed and fast mesh WiFi throughout all corners of the house.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all of the tools you'll need to host a girl's brunch or intimate dinner party. Three barstools provide additional seating adjacent to the dining room with an lovely dining table to host the whole group.

Patio includes a premium 40-inch gas grill and comfortable seating to sit and enjoy the outdoors next to the sparkling heated pool. Stay cool in the summer with a 10-foot fan while you grab a beverage from the fridge outside.

The house is kid-friendly with games for family fun night and plenty of room to spread out. We are happy to provide items by request for our littlest guests which include a full size crib, pack-n-play, high chair and toys. The great thing about East Austin is it's a neighborhood that's close to everything, but with a great neighborhood comes neighbors! We have strict quiet hours outside from 10pm - 7am each night. This is THE place to have fun but please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise at a reasonable volume while outside. Noise levels are monitored by Minut to prevent loud parties, damage to our property and noise complaints from neighbors. Minut is a decibel and temperature-monitoring system designed with your privacy and comfort in mind.

This property is non-smoking. Guests that smoke inside (including vaping) will be charged a $500 cleaning fee and will be responsible for replacing any items damaged by smoke and cigarettes.

The pool can be heated at your request, just give us a head's up the day before checking in or during your stay and we'll be happy to warm the pool up to a more comfortable temp in the cooler months.

We love our pets and we know many of you do too. We do allow up to 2 well trained pets (dogs/cats) per stay. We charge an additional cleaning fee of $100 to ensure our next guests have a pristine experience after your stay. Please share these details with us when booking.

A $500 refundable security deposit and signed rental agreement are required in order to complete your reservation and must be processed no later than seven days after you book your stay. Your security deposit will be returned approximately seven days after your check-out.
