Family very pleased with property

My family expressed a desire to stay again on an upcoming trip to Austin. She especially loved the patio and the walkability of the neighborhood.

Kitchen was decent. Inside was clean. No curtains on any windows, no extra towels, no hooks for wet towels, many things need fixed. Outside was unkempt, porch ceiling and fence rotted. Front window broken, place needs some love.

Great Stay

Looking for a house in South Austin. The location was close to downtown. The house was exactly as described. The owner was always in contact about the stay. We would definitely stay again.
