I had a 45 minute podcast recording scheduled at 10am and since receiving an email from the host saying that late checkout was available, I figured that would be ok.
Unfortunately, when speaking with the front desk, messaging Vacasa via text and even calling the support number, I was blatantly told no exceptions would be made for late checkout and had to find another location to record my show from.
That combined with the towels in the bathroom being damp and having a smell to them was enough to not want to ever stay in a Vacasa property again.
