The house was perfect for our family trip! So much space and all the amenities we wanted and needed. All we had to do was bring food and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Beautiful decor, fresh linens, a clean house and amazing pool and backyard! 10/10

Time in Austin

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and kept exceptionally well. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and the pool multiple times during our stay.

Perfect for large groups!

We were in town for a family wedding at the Vintage Villas and the location was perfect. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our group of extended family that ranged from 17 to 84 years old. The large open kitchen/living was a plus. The day after the wedding we hosted brunch for the families of the bride and groom and had everything we needed to pull together a beautiful spread. Thank you for the memories!

Family Reunion in comfort!

A beautiful home with great amenities and privacy

This was a great spot for retreat and relaxation. The decor and style are regal and clean. The space was private and felt like we were in an oasis. The home was large enough to feel like we all had our own space yet connected enough that we all were able to hang out together. Having the pool was a huge bonus. Will definitely be back.

Great Family or Group Location

We had a family group of 12. 4 couples, teenagers, 2 boys. 6 & 10 and 1 toddler 2 yrs. Everyone had their own room/space. Large well outfitted kitchen. Great for cooking and large island. Large enough for the entire group. 2 living areas plus a game room and dining area. The pool and outside space was great for us too. Highly recommend this property.

July Weekend Getaway

This property is amazing. Not only was there enough room for us 10 adults and 8 preteens/teenagers, but there were so many amenities to keep everyone busy and enjoying each other’s company. Shuffleboard matchups, Texas Hold Em tournaments, and evening movies would cap off an already busy day of non-stop swimming, ping pong playing, and outdoor grilling. The kitchen had every imaginable utensil you needed for our breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparations, and plenty of plates/cups/silverware to have an enjoyable meal. Cleanup was a breeze with two dishwashers ready to handle the workload of cleaning up. Great stay.

Amazing property

We came to the property with my close girlfriends to have a girls weekend away from kiddos and families to relax and re-energize. We arrived at the property and were amazed at how beautiful and clean it was. The backyard felt so private and luxurious and I personally loved the waterfall sounds coming from the pool rocks. The beds were clean and I slept in the master, where I felt like I was on cloud nine as the bed and the sheets were super comfortable. Everything we needed was at the property and the management company was so quick to respond to any questions or requests. We were able to get a early check-in and a late check out, and really appreciated the customer service quality which was phenomenal.

Modern Household Comfort within minutes of Lake Travis

Four families of four with kids ranging from 5 to 13 spent three nights in this amazing home. The house is spacious and has multiple common areas for different groups to enjoy concurrently. We enjoyed time at the pool, playing the table games at the home, and enjoying the well-equipped rooms with televisions. We were a quick 10 minute drive away from the grocery store and enjoyed taking quick trips to shop at the Domain, hike at nature trails, rent boats on the Lake, and tour a couple of wineries all within reasonable driving distances. The home was incredibly well stocked with cooking tools and utensils. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable time.

Beautiful, spacious home

The home is lovely and huge. The living spaces are large and well-decorated. The kitchen is great for family cooking and the kitchen island is massive with beautiful quartzite countertops and modern appliances. Two dishwashers are perfect for group meals. Plenty of dishes, bowls silverware, cookware and a bar full of glassware and wine glasses. The pool area is relaxing. The live oak trees were heavily shedding leaves and catkins cluttering the pool every day, but that is more of a seasonal problem. Location-wise the neighborhood is upscale, but there is no access or views of the lake, so the proximity to Lake Travis is not all that helpful. This is a great house for families with multiple children because 3 of the 5 bedrooms have large bunk bed structures. It wasn’t optimal for our family gathering of adults because three adults had to sleep in the bunk rooms in lower bunks. However, the primary bedroom and bath are humongous and greatly preferable to the remainder of the 5 bedrooms. But despite the sleeping arrangements, the home still made for a wonderful retreat for our mini-family reunion. The property is 40 minutes or so from Austin with moderate traffic, but closer to restaurants and shopping in Lakeway and Bee Cave Overall an excellent experience.

Great stay!

This house is great for big families. Beautiful decorations and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and lots of linens, pillows, etc. Lots of rooms to hang out in and nice pool/grill/back yard. Really close to lake. It’s missing some hangers in the closet and I would purchase new pots and pans.

Wonderful Family Getaway

The house wz amazing. Decor is lovely and well thought out. I loved the funky light fixtures. Open floor plan. So everyone could feel together and included. Would have given a 5 overall if some little necessities were included. Like laundry detergent to wash the towels we were required to wash.

Family Vacation

Lovely property. Amenities more than usual places. Only negative on that was no facial tissues at all. Plenty of everything else. Everyone loved the pool, pool table (hard to tell which one they enjoyed the most) and ping pong table. We brought puzzle, crafts and cards so entertainment was non-stop. Everything exceeded expectations with the only downfall was going through rough area getting to house.

Beautiful Property

The home is lovely! We really enjoyed our family time there. However, the AC did not work at all on one side of the house (they did get a repairman out promptly and got it fixed), the hot tub NEVER worked and when it was mentioned to guestSpaces- we were told that WE burned up the panel, when it hadn't worked from the time we arrived! The mattress in the master bdrm was the worst we have ever slept on...my husband ended up sleeping on the couch the entire week! The other mattresses were fine. The pool area was very nice - beautiful pool and waterfall. But the smell of the septic tank was horrible at times! Everyone thought that the list of things to be done was SO extensive that we spent the entire evening of our last full day and the morning we left doing all the chores - washed, dried and put away all the pool towels, emptied all the trashes AND had to take the 3 garbage bins out to the curb, clean out the refrigerator, loaded the dishwasher and ran it - kind of takes away from the whole vacation experience! Many spiders were both inside and outside the property - my grandson was bitten on the back of his leg and his parents took him to the Dr today. It was a brown recluse. Still it was a great vacation but might just go to a hotel next time.

GREAT STAY

We had the best stay at this property, it is top of the line! Everything was great! The parking is limited but it’s manageable. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!
