I've never been so angry trying to check in! The front desk person said that the $200 'deposit' for our pet was non-refundable. So, even though their site says $200 deposit and $10 fee for pets, it's actually a $210 fee which is over double the room charge. We left without checking in and found another hotel.
Nowhere in Expedia website it is mentioned that it is an extended stay property. No hairdryer, no toiletries, no curtain, can't turn off range hood light, you can hear everything from outside. It is deceptive advertising not to mention that it is an extended stay. Not all Suites are extended stay, this one is and it should be clearly mentioned, people like me who wants to stay for a night would not go to this place.
Iâve stayed here a couple times. Itâs amazing for the price and good for rest. I normally do 5 stars but docked a star or two because of the weirdness I encountered in getting clean towels and supplies on a 4 night stay. I returned my dirty towels to follow their replacement instructions at 8 am and was told by the manager in a flat tone âwe wonât have towels until 4pm.â I then asked about getting them from housekeeping and she said dont take them from the cartâ I was like I planned on asking the maid maâam. I did get them from the maid but felt the interaction with the manager was unnecessarily messy and she could have helped me more as a guest.
