Properly is very old which is normal. But is was smell like a ... Bathroom never been renovated, no air ventelation. No soynd barrier in the wals ; easy can hear neighbors or they you. No lagage place. On reservations mentioned breakfast included. But there was small table and coffee and few pastries expired! Is this breakfast??

It’s old but nice. Our room was small but really nice. It was built in the 1920s but it does not show it. The upkeep is good. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Got there early to drop off our bags and we where accommodated and even got into our room early.

This property is overpriced for what it is. The one positive is the location. Very old rooms, uncomfortable bed, thin walls, no view, rude staff, poor breakfast AND OVERPRICED. Pictures are deceiving. Would not recommend!!

Nice staff, super convenient spot. Everything is walking distance. 10 min walk from the port when you dock. Good food in the area and fun night life, bars, and Keroke.

Beach front location in Avalon, Catalina Island. Only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal. Very convenient! The best part of our stay was Daniel in the office. So kind and accommodating, great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Continental breakfast items are available at 7AM. Our room was just around the corner from the breakfast location and it was a little noisy before 7AM. We were also directly across from the luggage hold area which was also a bit noisy. In future I would request a room farther from the office because of the noise level. The 2 flights of stairs (only access from street level) are steep and treacherous with heavy luggage. If you are a person with a disability, you might prefer another hotel. All those things aside, we enjoyed our stay. Especially the luggage hold option, free water, and restroom availability after we checked out, before ferry departure.

This property has the best location and affordable. My husband and I traveled during January so it was very quiet but overall nice getaway and we were close to everything.
