Designed with an open-concept layout, the studio seamlessly blends the living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. It includes a cozy double bed with hotel-quality linens, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table for shared meals.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils, making meal preparation effortless.

The bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before each stay. Located on a pedestrian-only street, the studio offers a tranquil setting with no car access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is situated in a vibrant area rich in cultural and culinary offerings. A short walk leads to the Museu da Cidade de Aveiro, where visitors can delve into the region's history and art.

The nearby Ria de Aveiro offers picturesque canals ideal for leisurely moliceiro boat tours, providing a unique perspective of the city's landscape.

Culinary enthusiasts will find a variety of dining options in the vicinity. Rebaldaria offers Mediterranean and Portuguese dishes in a cosy setting.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aveiro Station (line U, Intercidades), is just a 15-minute walk.

Porto Airport is a 1-hour drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
