This lovely 30m² home boasts tasteful decor and a prime location near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary delights.

The open-concept design seamlessly combines living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You'll find a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a sofa, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a high table perfect for sharing meals.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob and a coffee machine, so that you can prepare delicious meals with ease.

Multiple windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the studio is located on the Ground floor of the building, which features an elevator for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This Property is located in the centre of Aveiro, Portugal, near the beautiful canals that give the city its nickname, the “Venice of Portugal.” Nearby landmarks include the Aveiro Museum, the Sé Cathedral, and the Forum Aveiro shopping centre. The area is also close to the Rossio gardens and several traditional “moliceiro” boat docks along the central canal.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station is just an 18-minutes walk.

The airport is a 60-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
