The staff was very friendly and my family and I really enjoyed the free pie and ice cream and they even let us borrow beach chairs and sand toys for the kiddos. We definitely want to return here.

Location, location, location. Ideal for everything you need in Avila. We had a courtyard room 2nd floor. A little noisey from folks stomping around on the hallway/balcony/aisles and above for a bit. All quiet by 9:00. Lovely breakfast coffee counter on the rooftop, A+! Quality and service outstanding. Room was a little musty from the ocean influence. Could use a good scrub. Overall, would stay again.

Hmmm

Well got a room and another guest unlocked the door with a key and told me was in his room im on my anniversary with my wife mind you so basically double booked my room so we had to move rooms but other then that the rooms were good clean friendly coffee on the 3rd floor amazing not what i was expecting but will come back if i book though the hotel its self but because i went through a 3rd party they can comp me the room and that was 270$ a night other then the love the location

We had a great weekend at Inn at Avila Beach! The view from the rooftop deck for breakfast each morning and relaxing before heading to dinner in the afternoon was the absolute best! The breakfast and the coffee was top notch!
