At the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the Champagne area, discover the charming village of Avize. Our bright loft is perfect to discover the many winegrowers around.

Ideally located less than 10 km from Epernay the Capital of Champagne, this elegant and confortable loft with air conditioning will welcome you in its spacious bedroom and its living room with everything planned to make you feel right at home.
This apartment is on the last floor under the roof of our character building from 1894. It has been fully renovated while keeping its vintage character with the exposed wooden beams.
Concerned about the environment, we are trying to do our part to help the planet by applying eco-conscious efforts in our accommodations: the accommodation is equipped with energy-saving lighting, water-saving taps, and a heat pump.
It is fully equipped with furniture, kitchen essentials (dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee, tea, etc.)… We provide bed sheets and towels. Cleaning fee is included in the price.
Champagne bottles are available in the fridge for an additional cost.

We can advise you wine tourism activities to discover the hills and Champagne Houses classified as UNESCO World Heritage and become a Champagne expert, such as : vineyard and cellar tours, "sabrage" lesson and tastings in the building's traditional champagne cellar… (additional cost)
