If you are looking for a stress-free family vacation in Beaver Creek, this is the place. The location couldn't be better—you literally step out the door and onto the shuttle. No lugging heavy skis across parking lots!Inside, the condo is roomy and well-designed. It’s rare to find a place where every bedroom feels like a primary suite, but the dual masters here are fantastic. The third bedroom with three full bunk beds was a hit with the kids and offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Clean, accessible, and perfectly situated. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Two Couples and Up to 6 Kids!

This condo was extremely spacious and well-designed, providing private bedrooms with en suite bathrooms for two couples and a large bunk room for the kids - with its own adjacent bathroom. The decor was very tasteful and fresh, and the kitchen had everything you'd ever need for cooking "at home." The location is outstanding and transportation great. Everything was WONDERFUL!!!!

Nice ski rental

We’ve stayed at beaver creek west a couple times now as we like the closeness to beaver creek and the convenience of the shuttles. This is probably the nicest of those places.

Beaver Creek Ski Rental

This is a great spot for access to both Beaver Creek and Vail. Roomy enough for 5 adults. All 3 bedrooms are en suite. My SIL left his keys and the management team were very helpful in sending to him. Highly recommend.

Great Locartion

This location is so close to Nottingham Beach and an easy walk to a lot of places in the city. Kitchen had a lot more pans, tools, etc that I was expecting. Overall, a great place for 2 families to stay!

Tournament stay

We stayed here while our daughters participated in the lacrosse tournament. The location was clean and area was great. Beds were comfortable! Which is a must for a tournament. The only issue we had, was there were no directions to location of anything on the property. We had to hunt for the pool and never did find the dumpster.

As advertised!

It was great for our group of 9. Plenty of space and easy parking for our 2 vehicles. A couple of things to note. The pool/hot tubs are a 2 minute walk outside to get to, but wasn’t a big deal. The condo has a free shuttle to the Riverfront Gondola, but the Avon Skier shuttle has two stops that are a 3-5 minute walk away and will take you all the way up to the village.

Great location for skiing!

We really enjoyed this property--catching the shuttle right in front of our door was easy every time with a drop off at the gondola. We skied one day at Vail and that too was easy to shuttle to. It was also walking distance to quite a few restaurants. The condo was well stocked--towels, kitchen items, etc--the extra spices, pantry items were much appreciated and used and we added to the effort. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms had heated floors and plenty of hot water, and the space was plenty big for our crew of 6 and could easily have accommodated more. Only complaints: we woke up to our upstairs neighbors walking around in their ski boots each morning (at least that's what it sounded like), 2 of the 3 humidifiers didn't seem to work, and the couch, while super comfy, had some unsavory stains. Overall, we'd recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Shuttle service (free) makes this a GREAT location for skiing!

The unit itself was very clean. There was no firewood on our first day, but they bring some the next afternoon. The king size bed downstairs is very comfortable, but NOT very sanitary. The mattress pad was folded/rolled up in the closet dirty, so there was just a sheet on the mattress. The comforter was also filthy, stains on both sides. We found a couple blankets (that had to be washed before use) and made do as there was not a blanket for the king bed. All of the bedspreads/comforters desperately need washing. Post covid has made those types of conditions noticed. As a rental property owner, I have gone to duvet style coverings and blankets that can be washed each use. The unit was very nice and roomy. The kitchen was good and we especially enjoyed the fireplace at night!

Comfortable, clean, and perfect!

We had a family of 4 and a couple stay here and we had plenty of room. There are so many positives about this super clean property! It has a main floor entrance. There are a few steps from the parking (that is right outside the door). My elderly parents had no problem loading or unloading their vehicle. On the main floor, there is a bedroom, full bathtoom, fully stocked kitchen with newer KitchenAid appliances, seating at the breakfast bar for 4, washer/dryer, dining table with seating for 6, living room with fireplace, sofa, 2 comfy recliners and tv, and a deck off the living room. The deck had a grill and 2 comfy chairs to sit in and just take in the smells and atmosphere of Colorado. The basement is the hidden treasure in this condo. There is another smaller living area with a couch and TV, bedroom with 3 bunk beds, separate bathroom (with heated floors) for that bedroom and a master bedroom/bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub and heated floors. My family stayed down here as it was separate from the upstairs and we really felt as if it was our own space. The temperature down here is cooler in the summer months. It also had bigger windows so that it really didn’t feel like a basement. There is parking (not assigned) right outside of the condo. There is a pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts within short walking distance. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance as well. The condo is also located within walking distance to Nottingham Lake/Benchmark Reservoir. This was a great place to relax in the afternoons as there is a sand beach with swimming area and paddle board rentals. Fishing is allowed here as well and there are also sand volleyball courts and a paved walking trail around the lake. Booking was easy. We were given all of the necessary instructions and communication was prompt. We stayed here 4 nights and had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place!!

Spacious Condo means room for all

This 2-story condo offers room to spare! The main walk-in floor offers a large family room that comfortably seats 5-6, a table that seats up to 7 with the bench, a kitchen counter with seating for 4, a full size stackable washer/dryer, full size bedroom and bathroom ... downstairs offers a king bedroom with en suite bathroom, large 3rd bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds (many are full-size mattresses), and a separate family room. Location is perfect along the free Avon Skier Shuttle Route - or just walk to the Gondola next to the Westin. Adjacent to Nottingham Park (playground, lake, walking trails). This condo is on the first floor, however has a second floor downstairs.
