This single-family residence is sleek and modern with warm wood accents. Just a few steps away from Beaver Creek's shops, restaurants, and lifts, this designer-furnished home can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. It's complete with a fully equipped kitchen, theater room, and private hot tub. It's the perfect mountain getaway!

This three-story home is spacious and comfortable. The top floor features the formal dining room, kitchen, wet bar, and living room. To the side is the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom which includes a steam shower, heated floors and tub. On the main floor, there are three additional bedrooms. One features a queen bed and the other bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. The third bedroom has a king bed.

The bottom floor has a beautiful theater and game room with a brand new RH cloud couch. There are two additional guest bedrooms on this floor. One includes a twin over a queen bunk bed and the other is a junior primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and newly remodeled twin-head shower.

Guests can park one vehicle inside the garage and one additional outside.

Large groups and those who want to stay near the heart of Beaver Creek in modern mountain style will love this home!
