While very cozy, clean, & comfortable, we found this room to be very small and without the amenities described online. It was simply a hotel room. 2 very comfortable beds, good tv, small microwave, but only a bench and a desk chair to sit. The tiny balcony with 2 chairs was where we had breakfast & lunch as weather allowed. Great shower. Wifi was terrible, even after owner allowed us to log into their network; we had to go down to lobby to get connected. Beautiful refrigerator but clear door that allowed motion sensitive interior light to come on when we passed by to bathroom in the night; had to cover it with a blanket before bed. Conclusion: OK room for a weekend but not for an extended stay. Would not book this room again.
Small room. More like a hotel room. Stay was fine. The only thing I didnât like was the fact that they wouldnât let me check in early(thatâs their policy). My friend stayed in a condo across the hall and was able to check in right away.
I had an overall great stay at The Charter at Beaver Creek. The location is fantastic, with easy ski-in/ski-out access to the Elkhorn Lift, making it easy to hit the slopes. The shuttle service was reliable and convenient. Breakfast was very good, offering a solid start to the day.I did find a sock and a glove under the bench in our room, which was a minor hiccup. It seems like a quick vacuuming before our arrival couldâve caught that, but otherwise, the cleanliness was great, and it didnât detract much from the experience. Overall, Iâd highly recommend The Charter for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Beaver Creek!
Resort Internet was terrible and intermittent and while Iâd normally skip a complaint about âTVâ the issues were constant at every 5-10mins and disruptive to watching the Holiday Bowl games. The low flow toilet also runs; handle gets stuck. Location Location Location!! And Josh at Charter Steak House was great.
Great room and location. We only had 3 people, so this was a perfect sized room. Having ski rentals on the property was key. My only complaint was that the restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday. This might not be a big deal for the condo units with a kitchen, but it was kind of a pain for breakfast before skiing in a smaller, hotel-type room.
Overall great location, great spa room, missing coffee
It was an easy experience & communication with the property was good- however this unit was managed by an outside property management company. This made requesting items and refills such as basic coffee, creamer more difficult. The items provided were quite basic. There were no coffee stirrers, creamer, tea and a low stock on other items. Since this was under a different management company the front desk could not fulfill any of our requests including robes which were not provided but worn by everyone else. We did request a microwave which was nice. Location is a definite plus as we could easily walk to BC village. Spa and fitness was very nice. Ski in and ski out was ok but required a big hike through the hotel., which is a maze and hard to navigate. The elk lift had limited hours 9-11am. The charter shuttle was frequent and a plus to have.
This is a great place to stay on the mountain in beaver creek. Nice amenities and very helpful staff. The only downside is tha description of the unit. It is described as a âstudioâ which implies the ability to cook. This was simply a hotel room with a small fridge and microwave
We loved our stay at Charter. George the courtesy bus driver was very helpful and friendly . Jesus the Bellman was the beat- helped us tremendously and we appreciated the courtesy shown by all at Charter
