The location and setup were fantastic for two families with young children. Access to the Ritz and the amenities of a house were a perfect combination.
Four really good bedrooms plus a bunk room. Lots of space! The house was super well-stocked for entertaining. Plenty of dishes, glasses, etc and beautifully decorated. Only drawback is the limited parking but otherwise a great place to stay
Location is everything. The "ski out" is a short hike along a sidewalk...non issue really. The "ski in" goes straight to the back porch. Great distance to enjoy amenities of the Ritz. Good communication and service from the property managers. Would definitely stay again.
We loved our stay here! It couldn't have been a more enjoyable experience, the house was perfect for our family as well as our two young children. Coleman and his team do a great job of making everything as easy as possible.
We also loved the short walk to the Ritz to utilize their swimming pool, hiking trails, etc!
Thank you!
Property manager was always quick to respond. One minor issue with the property which was addressed immediately. House had plenty of room for two families with nine total people. We would stay here again.
I brought in a group of business owners for a weekend retreat and the home was everything we needed and more to make the weekend wonderful. So much space, incredibly comfortable beds, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Coleman was super responsive and helpful, there were ZERO issues, only ease. I can't wait to rebook here!
Beautiful ski in/ ski out! Walking distance from the Ritz!
This Bachelor Gulch Townhouse was perfect for our group. It is easy to walk to the Ritz Carlton as well as get a village connect ride over to Beaver Creek Village.
The owners/ managers were very attentive and helpful. The unit is beautiful with amazing views of the slopes. Easy to ski in and ski out.
Would 100% recommend! Hope to be able to book again.
The house was great and Coleman was VERY easy to work with. We enjoyed the house and it was handy to be close to the Ritz. We had dinner and lunch at Ritz (easy walk) and caught Sled to Zacks Cabin at Ritz. Skiers were able to ski in/out as advertised. A couple people actually got to use the snowshoes!! All in all great trip - and accommodations were perfect. We will likely stay again on a future trip.
We previously stayed at this beautiful home in December 2022. We had a great time being so close to the ski slope and to the Ritz Carlton which is a very short walk away. Our family enjoyed having a cup of hot chocolate at the Ritz after a day of skiing. When we started planning a summer trip we knew immediately where we wanted to stay. Coleman was wonderful! We had a great summer vacation and would have loved to stay longer. We are looking forward to our next vacation in this beautiful home!
This property was excellent for our two families of 9 total people. Location is perfect for access to Bachelor Gulch and the Ritz Carlton, literally the first home beyond the Ritz residences. The house was stocked perfectly with most common supplies and tons of towels, bedding, etc. Coleman was an outstanding property manager, very responsive, easy to communicate with, and he quickly resolved two minor issues we had during the stay. We'll definitely consider this house for another family vacation!
We had our first experience with a VRBO listing and could not have been more pleased with our choice! We have been coming to Beaver Creek for over 36 years and have fallen in love with the entire operation that is Bachelor Gulch. For the first time since we started going we ventured outside of the Ritz and found this gem of a home right off the slopes and with easy access to the Ritz and the amenities of the Bachelors Gulch area. The home was everything represented and the owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed AND MORE.
Overall, our stay was good. The home is beautiful and was just like the pictures. Coleman immediately sent any items that ran out during our stay. The two main reasons we would not consider staying here again are 1) we were told the couch in the basement had a queen sized pull out bed. It was actually a bit bigger than a twin bed. My husband had to sleep on a couch during our visit. Coleman did treat us to drinks which was nice but it was a long week for my husband. 2) The hot tub only worked one day of our stay. Coleman explained to my husband how to shock treat it but it continued to smell awful. The pool guys came on our last day to fix it but it couldnât be used for 6 hours after they came which was too late that night.
We had a great time staying at this house for a ski trip! The property owner Elle was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful in addressing any issues, and she went out of her way to make us comfortable at her lovely house. The location was great! It was an easy and quick walk with skis to the Bachelor Gulch lift and you could ski-in to the back of the house from Roughlock or easily walk back from the lift. It is a quick walk to the Ritz, and it is easy to use the Beaver Creek Village Connect app to request the shuttle to pick up at the house to go to Beaver Creek Village and back. We would definitely stay here again!
