First of all, this is a family owned business. Stay here knowing this fact. Nature and cleanliness is at top. Building itself is near perfect. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff is very concerned. BUT it is not in a walking distance to the nearest beach. Parking lot is available but the ground is rocky. It’s so rocky that you may damage your vehicle. And my experience unfortunately included a water problem. Near 18.30-19.00, the water just stopped for about 30 min. Staff provided drinking water to finish my shower :((( Overall the surround and staff’s behavior makes the experience good or bad. It was a very good experience. Ps. They also own a cocktail rooftop bar. I recommend to watch sunset while sipping their signature cocktails.

Çatı katındaki odalar küçük ve kullanışsız. Odada makyaj aynasının karşısında ufak bir tabure bile yok. Eski tip bir duş perdesi var banyoda sadece. Bizi odamızda bir tutam saç ve banyo dolabında önceki misafirin kesilmiş sakal kalıntıları karşıladı. 3 gün boyunca herhangi bir oda temizliğine gelinmedi. Personel sayısı yetersiz, hizmet aksıyor. Dolayısıyla güleryüz olduğu da söylenemez. Kahvaltı fena değil ama ilginç bir filtre kahve cimrilikleri var, kahvaltı saatinde bile bitti diyip yenisini demlemiyorlar :) Bina mimari olarak estetik, bölge arabayla farklı koylara erişim imkanı sağlıyor bunun dışında aklımda kalan pozitif bir detay yok. Özetle tekrar bu bölgeye gelsem değerlendirmezdim.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the beach and with a beautiful sea view. There’s plenty of parking space, the breakfast was delicious and there is both a restaurant and bar on the premises. Exceeded our expectations.

Çok güleryüzlü ve kibar işletmecilere sahip bir yerdi. Sivrice koyuna arabayla 5 dakika mesafedeydik. Karşısında çok güzel bir kokteyl bar olması da çok güzel bir avantajdı.

Verandalı odada kalıyorsanız ekstra keyifli. Otele ait kokteyl bar yeni açılmış ancak en keyif aldığımız mekan oldu. Kahvaltı biraz yetersizdi, daha kaliteli olabilirdi. Odaların iç dizaynı, özellikle banyoların yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Eski olduklarından tam olarak temizlenebildiklerini de düşünmüyoruz.

Rezervasyonumuzu son dk yaptık ve çok araştırma fırsatı bulamamıştık. Otelin konumu,çalışanlar ve hizmet çok iyiydi. Odamız çatı katındaydı,büyüklüğü ve kliması gayet iyiydi. Tek olumsuz yanı odamızın banyosunun küçük olmasıydı. Duş kısmının tavanı çok alçaktı,oturarak banyo yapmanız gerekiyor.

Otel gerek konumu gerek sakin ve huzurlu ortamı ile tam kafa dinlemelik bir yer. Özellikle işletme sahibi Nebahat hanımın kendi elleriyle yaptığı mezeler, kahvaltıda verilen reçeller, börek vs herşeyi ile gayet temiz ve lezzetliydi. Assosta tekrar tekrar gelinebilecek sıcak samimi bir işletme. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.
