The room was fine. However, it was very impractical to have only one key for the room, esp. when the room is on the 3rd floor. Frequently, one of us would have to walk down and open the door for the other. It should be possible to obtain two house and room keys when checking in.

Das Problem bei dem Hotel sind die Parkplätze. Es gibt nur 2 vor dem Haus, die i.d.R. belegt sind. Leider ist das Haus auch sehr hellhörig. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, aber 3Stockwerke. Die Einrichtung und auch die Sauberkeit waren in Ordnung.

Comfort Zi ohne Klima übel Straßenlärm bis Nachts

Geräumiges Doppelzimmer, aber nur 1 Couch. Keine Klimaanlage und die ganze Nacht extrem heiß trotz des Versuchs über beide Fenster zu lüften. Nicht einmal Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer. Sehr viel Straßenlärm bis tief in die Nacht. Wir haben beide die beiden Nächte extrem schlecht geschlafen. Hotel.com hatte angegeben auf dem Zimmer gäbe es Kaffe und Tee. Stattdessen gab es im Erdgeschoss nur sehr teure Automaten. Da fühlten wir uns entsprechend verarscht!

Hotels.com und Hotel betreiben Etikettenschwindel

Wir hatten über Hotels.com gebucht und zwar mit einem inbegriffenen Frühstück. Beim Check in wurden wir jedoch vom Hotel eines Besseren belehrt. Das Frühstück war nicht im vereinbarten Preis inbegriffen, sodass hier zusätzliche Frühstückskosten (für sieben Personen) angefallen sind. Im Zimmer selbst wurde in einem nicht schallisolierten Glasverhau das Zimmer mit den notwendigen Entsorgungsgeräuschen bespasst! Dann lieber eine ordentliche Toilette auf dem Flur!

I loved the Hotel Mystique

Hotel Mystique is great. The decoration of the rooms and common spaces are a lovely mix of elegant and eclectic, and the hotel is clean well-maintained. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast is bounteous. The location is excellent.
