Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Bin nach 2 Stunden aus dem Zimmer geflüchtet. Schon bei Betreten des Hotelbereichs fiel auf, dass es wohl einigen Renovierungsbedarf gibt. Das zugteilte Zimmer hatte so einen schiefen Fußboden habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Bett ein einziges Knarren, so dass man garantiert bei jeder Bewegung wach geworden wäre. Der Fernseher obwohl in der Beschreibung Kabel-Fernseher angegeben war hat nur 3 Programme davon ARD und ZDF. In dem Zimmer hat es nach ausgetrocknetem Abfluss gestunken. Nicht auszuhalten. Bei der Buchung wurde inkl. Frühstück angezeigt. Vorort wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück extra bezahlt werden musste. Die Mängel im Zimmer gleichen für mich nicht die gute öffentliche Verkehrsmittelanbindung aus.

Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Schlüssel über Schlüsselsafe. Restaurant geschlossen. Das Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Matratze extrem hart. Bad Klein und im schlechten Zustand. Spinnen im Zimmer. Frühstück eher sparsam. Tut mir leid aber nichts für mich.

Das personal war sehr freundlich. Eine sehr gute matratze. Toller balkon. Badezimmer etwas klein, aber ok. Zu fuss war alles super erreichbar. Das frühstück war wirklich klasse, sehr frisch und toll angerichtet, für jeden geschmack waren leckereien dabei, es wurde kaffee/milch nachgereicht. Leider hatte es extrem nach kaltem zigarettenrauch bereits im treppenhaus gerochen, ebenso im zimmer. Es war auch sehr kalt. Über die kuscheldecke hatte ich mich dann sehr gefreut. Die heizung gab sehr schnell warm. Da es zentrumsnah ist und ein restaurant unten ist, war die geräuschekulisse dementsprechend (ohstöpsel helfen). Das zimmer benötigt eine restauration (fussboden, türenrahmen, neue sessel ect. Aber es stört auch nicht sonderlich, wenn man kein 5 sterne hotel gebucht hat, kann man es auch nicht erwarten 😀 ).

Das gebuchte Einzelzimmer war vom Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen (80iger Jahre Stil), aber ok. Im Bad fehlte das warme Wasser beim Duschen. Das Fernsehprogramm konnte man nicht erkennen, total verpixelt. Bei jedem Programm. Die erste Nacht war durch eine Hochzeitsfeier sehr laut, da das Zimmer direkt dadrüber lag. Erst spät nach Mitternacht wurde es ruhiger. Sehr dünne Wände. Das Frühstück war gut, eine gute Auswahl von verschiedenen Angeboten und frischem Kaffee. An sich war das Personal sehr freundlich und das Hotel gemütlich eingerichtet. Durch die Unannehmlichkeiten bekam ich netterweise Rabatt, allerdings konnte das Problem mit dem warmen Wasser und dem Fernsehprogramm auch am dritten Tag nicht behoben werden. Werde das nächste mal ein Hotel in einer verkehsruhigeren Gegend buchen. Aber danke für alles.

Schade!

Mit meinen bisherigen Besuchen in diesem Hotel war ich zufrieden. Dieses Mal war es leider anders. Verschlissene Handtücher, beschädigtes Waschbecken, ebenso die Türen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht. Das einzig positive war das Frühstücksbuffet und das Servicepersonal. Schade.

Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück für Leute, die es ausgiebig lieben, sehr übersichtlich. Für mich jedoch voll ausreichend. Es ist ein Familienunternehmen und so ist auch die Atmosphäre. Ich bin gern dort.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für Kurstadt sehr gut !

Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt. Abstriche beim Komfort gibt es von mir, weil das WLAN nicht funktionierte und wahrscheinlich wegen der Ferienzeit diesbezüglch kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort war. Fazit: Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.
