The house is located in the heart of Bad Reichenhall, within a few minutes' walk you can reach both the center and the countryside, in the directly adjacent spa gardens, parks and in the Saalachau. If you have the desire to experience Bad Reichenhall from above, the local mountains are also within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and very green. Restaurants and cafes can be found in the nearby city center.
We rent a 75 sqm two-room apartment on the mezzanine floor of an old villa in short zone 1 of the holiday and resort Bad Reichenhall. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen with dining area. The apartment also offers a south-facing balcony with a view of the garden and the city's mountains. Another large balcony faces the east side with a view of the Predigtstuhl.
On the balconies you can enjoy the sun in the morning as well as in the afternoon and in the evening. The villa has a large garden, which is also available for use. Parking for cars and parking spaces for bicycles are available on the property.
In the apartment (total size 95 sqm) there is another room, which is currently not available.
