Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Dominical Beach. Great getaway to immerse into nature and the beach. Enjoy relaxing by the poolside or swinging in the hammocks while enjoying the expansive ocean view and sunsets! A surfer's paradise as the point break is easily viewed! The beach is just across the main Pacific Coast hwy from the community and downtown Dominical is about half a mile and offers boutique style organic & vegan stores, spa, restaurants, bars and cafes.
The space
The Villa is located on the main floor and is an open concept studio that offers a breathtaking 180 degree view of the ocean! There is a NEW QUEEN sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, AC, high speed fiber optic internet/WiFi and private bathroom with HOT WATER. The living space is bright due to its floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that offer an indoor-outdoor flow onto a covered spacious patio. On the patio you will find two cozy swing chair hammocks to relax in while viewing the beautiful toucans, scarlet macaws, monkeys and other exotic wild life. You can also enjoy watching spectacular sunsets or enjoy a romantic dinner. On the patio deck area you can dip in the pool or retire on the lounge chairs while reading your favorite book. A gas barbecue grill and concrete table with benches are also available for outdoor dining. The property lies on an acre hillside land that displays a beautiful landscape of different tropical palms, trees and plants.

Guests will have full access to the patio deck area, dipping pool, outdoor shower, BBQ, concrete table with benches & all lounge chairs.

Paradise

This property has a picture-perfect ocean view, and the amenities are great for you and your partner. It is small but comfy. I recommend this property if you plan on enjoying what costa Rica has to offer!
