My elderly parents and I were looking forward to a restful stay. Unfortunately, a construction crew started their noisy crane right outside our window at 6:15a and they began putting up ladders and tarps right over our windows. They were yelling, banging equipment, and noisy way too early in the morning and right outside our rooms. In addition to this, we heard from another family that their car was broken into that evening in the hotel parking lot. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

Checked in on the 23rd and asked for a water, I was told “water was only for Hilton honors members and I am a member however since I didn’t make my reservation directly I guess it didn’t qualify, he still gave me the water. The room was 328, I didn’t have a dog however the front desk agent asked me several times before giving me what I believe to be a pet friendly room 328 - I took picture of how nasty the room was. I used Lysol to wipe down everything and was appalled at the rest room, the bedding was torn up all
