Great for a night stop

A great place for a night stop. Clean fresh and comfortable. Nice pool for the kids. Breakfast was ok and the price for the size of the room and quality of the hotel was good. Lovely staff and great service.

Good checkin and checkout. Decor was nice. Nice amenities including comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast was ok. They had yogurt but it wasn’t labeled regular or sugar-free. Breakfast hours were good. Would recommend if you’re staying in Bakersfield.

Unfortunately we were disappointed. We arrived at check in time and our room wasn’t ready for an additional 50 minutes. After traveling all day with 4 kids it was not ideal. The gate keypad to the pool was broken so we had to bug maintenance about it several times to get in. We ordered food from the hotel which we were told would take 5 to 10 minutes. It took 40 and the food was all microwaved and put on displayed to look otherwise, not tasty at all. The bathroom tub had hairs in it, not clean. Disappointing stay. Will not return.

Excellent Stay

We loved our stay at this hotel as a quick visit to see friends. The beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options - pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereals, bread, yogurt, etc. The only thing I would say was a slight negative was that the pool is not heated, which would have been nice if it were (being that it's still cold/winter). But, great for a cold plunge if that's your thing!
