Host was very quick to respond via messaging but we did have an issue and tried to call the number provided which had been diconnected.Problem with the ac in one bedroom, which wasn't ideal on the hotest day of the year.
Rachel was lovely to deal with. We were a last minute booking to be away from the bushfires and she was very accommodating. The cleanliness was also excellent. My daughter loved playing xbox for the first time, that was a fun (and distracting) surprise Overall, great experience.
It would have been great if the kitchen and pantry better supplied. I had to go out and buy a colander, cheese grater, bottle opener,And a kitchen knife that actually cut. The little step between the kitchen and the dining area can be quite dangerous. Just leaving this feedback so these things can be supplied and made better for future guests.
Tastefully updated cottage within a short drive of everything you need in Ballarat. Very cosy and comfortable cottage with great managers that make the check in process easy and are great to deal with
There are no manuals, for any appliances.
No phone numbers for host in an emergency,
No heating in either bathrooms.
Set of drawers in main bedroom very unstable.
Beds and electric blankets were good.
Oven was extremely dirty.
Heating in lounge kitchen is adequate. it took 5 hours to heat up as it was 8 degrees in Ballarat.
On site parking has broken concrete which is uneven
Toaster so small that it will not hold a full slice of bread.
This could be a lovely place to stay if these things are remedied,
