Perfect Airport Hotel

We arrived at midnight so it was dark and we only had about 5 hours to sleep before we needed to leave for our flight. Directions were good but it would have been more useful if we could have seen the name from afar. Only 2 of the letters in the name were lit up which made it difficult to spot. We entered a secure gated parking area which we were happy about and despite the very late check-in, we were met with a very friendly and helpful Reception and Security who ensured that we were settled swiftly. Check in and out was done quickly and the security guard was present and helpful with all our luggage. Room was very basic but found all facilities to be adequate for our purpose and for the price, it would be all any-one would need if on business or needing to be near the airport. Left at 5 and got to the airport in 15min. The only downside was that my side of the bed had a hollow where the mattress was collapsing. Replacing the mattress would be highly recommended. An extra towel would have been good as we had a child travelling with us too. From what we saw of the hotel, it was very well presented, neatly laid out and clean. We were impressed all round.

Annoyed by the google appearance. .

Took 1 & 1/2 hour to check-in. Thereafter given a room that was not cleaned. They had to move me twice as the cleaners was still cleaning the rooms at 4pm. Very noisy. Smelt very bad, Hair all over the bathroom. Brought it to the attention of the cleaner. The only good about is the surrounding and shopping.

Great stay, clean place but don't be too loud.

We had a great stay in the hotel, the room was clean and looked good. The only problem was that you could hear neighbours have sex.

Great stay

Had an issue when we booked in on first day. Surname Hechter. But the next day the manager called us and handled it so well. Staff was great . Even if we started off on the wrong foot it ended in a great stay. Managers at the Hotel is wonderful!

Charmlöst men diskret

Frukost är inte inkluderad. Och det som kallas Free WiFi är i själva verket 30 minuter på @VAST, som ganska snabbt är förbrukade. Hotellet erbjuder mycket rudimentär standard till hyfsat pris (för Ballito) men har fördelen av diskretion och anonymitet jämfört med ett b&b.
