Estadia péssima ! hotel velho mau cuidado camas velhas travesseiros horríveis, banheiro sujo encardido ,caixa de descarga deu problema toda hora metais sanitários velhos que não funcionam box extremamente apertado ,se ligar o chuveiro a agua vaza toda pra fora do box ,elevador velho estragado toda hora,,tivemos que usar as escadas todas as vezes ,píscína suja e agua fria, café da manhã sem graça fraco e pouca reposição ,café morno . ja fiquei em hotes ruins mas este de longe foi o pior

Muita demora para realizar check In. O late checkout poderia ter sido combinado na véspera como em outras hospedagens. Muito barulho externo (obra na frente) e interno (hóspedes no corredor e equipe de limpeza arrastando camas 8h da manhã de domingo). Toalha de rosto parecia um pano de prato de tão puída. O quarto é muito espaçoso. 3 tomadas. Tv smart não conecta o Wi-Fi. Chuveiro bem quente. Ar de parede. Apartamento 1012 com vista parcial para a praia. Piscina aquecida. Café da manhã razoável. Não recomendado para quem gosta de dormir um pouco mais. 2 elevadores com limitação para 4 pessoas (necessário paciência e tempo disponível). Excelente localização. Ótima opção custo-benefício para quem relevar os pontos negativos.

Hotel fica proximo ao mar, porem não tem estacionamento o que dificulta, tivemos que deixar o carro estacionado a uns 4 quarteiroes depois de circular pela cidade a caça de uma vaga. o café da manhã é muito bom, porem é uma dificuldade para chegar nos quartos pois o hotel é grande e só conta com 3 elevadores que comportam no máximo 4 pessoas por vez, ficamos hospedados do 14° andar e depois do café para não perder o horario do checkaut tivemos que subir de escadas, pois é um caos para conseguir o elevador. o checkin precisa ter mais atendentes, demorou muito sendo que nem entramos no horario das 14 horas fizemos o checkin as 16:00 e ainda estava lotado, os atendentes não estavam dando volta.

Hotel muito cheio, elevador quebrou, mais de 15 minutos para descer para o café via elevador, para subir para o nosso quarto no 10 andar esperamos mais de 30 minutos e mesmo assim tivemos que subir as escadas, com uma criança de 2 anos! Para nao perder o check-out, tivemos que descer do 10 andar de novo de escada, com nossa filha e nossas coisas, foi pessimo! Nao recomendo! Para ajudar um dos elevadores quebrou, sobrando apenas 1 que era para 4 pessoas! Imaginem o caos de um hotel com 16 andares!
