I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Baltimore. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They were always ready to assist with any questions and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made Overall, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Baltimore for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

The floor I was staying on was under construction. That wasn’t disclosed to me when I secured my room. The elevator was all exposed insulation and wiring. When I got to the third floor the entire floor was covered in plastic, ripped up trim pieces, dusty stained mattresses, and equipment. My room was dusty, and the tv did not work properly.

I think it should have been bc communicated that the hotel is doing construction. I couldn’t sleep because of it and when I asked for late checkout considering being woken up, I was denied. The hotel itself was nice but the customer service could have been way better.

This hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but it only runs a few hours a day. Also, if you’re airline crew, they will not allow a late checkout (even though rooms were open). Very loud and disruptive guests that were just allowed to scream all night.
