Room had static, hotel provides no parking whatsoever. There's a garage that charges $38 a day with NO in and out privileges. You get what you pay for I guess.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke as well as marijuana, the bathroom wasn't clean and the ice bucket was dirty. When I went to the front desk they gave me a bag to put in it. The parking though attached is not through the hotel and they no longer have an affiliation with the garage so it was an additional $160 to park. Front staff was friendly.

Room was okay but the beds were a little small and the pillows were hard. Thought they had a full breakfast but it was just grab n go so we just had tea and I grabbed a yogurt and an orange. I guess they are renovating right now. Lobby area was just okay could have used a mop and the elevator rugs were filthy. The best part was that the hotel was close to the show at the CFG arena.

The hotel rooms and guest room floors are terrible. The hotel seems very inviting from the lobby and excellent location to arenas but it is very bad . Don’t stay here!

This was the worst experience we have ever had staying at a hotel. Both rooms we stayed in (they moved us to another room) had mice in them. There was also soemthing going on with the plumbing so we were unable to shower one of the nights. When we spoke with the front desk they just apoligized and said there was nothing else they cohld do. Do not stay here, stay away.it is not clean

Staff was super friendly. I stayed in the fifth floss and smell like marihuana and made me so sick. The parking was very expensive too. And I though that my room included breakfast not a 5 months breath and cold water

The room was ok - not fantastic. But my biggest gripe is that I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant in the hotel. My husband cannot walk far (only a few yards). We were informed that the restaurant had been closed since last summer for renovations. There was no info in the hotel about places that delivered food either. And we had to pay $38 to park! That was outrageous!
