The parking situation is a hot mess. We had no idea where our car was parked during our stay. Couldnt access it at all without paying someone to go get it. Its also higher than advertised. The morning we left we requested the car before we came down and stood out front for over 30 mins waiting.

Valet SUPER slow, front desk attendant often missing to help, key cards stopped working and they had no ability for patrons to access and enter rooms or appropriate backup solution, and fire alarm went off twice during 2 night stay. The staff lacks appropriate training. Only good part of stay was breakfast.

The property is in a good location. It is easy to walk around Baltimore. There was a roll-up curtain in my room that was not working correctly. There's no restaurant on the property, which is a disadvantage.

Hotel staff and valet staff were all so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of food items. Only suggestion I could make is to have more than one hand towel and some washcloths in our room. We will definitely be staying here again though on our next trip to Baltimore because of the wonderful staff!

They stay, room was great. However, it would have been nice to know that parking isn't free! And they have no free parking, in the area. On top of room cost, if you park there, then it was another 45 dollars. That was not mentioned anywhere when booking here.
