Firstly, the staff was lovely, and our room was clean. It’s also sitting in the middle of a college so there’s a lot of place to eat right next-door/within walking distance. But the hotel and area itself were very LOUD. We could hear the elevator mechanics screeching all night in the walls. People in the hallways were loud, despite there being a strict noise warning posted at the front desk. And again, the college kids were out and about all night - I didn’t begrudge them that, and we were technically visiting their home… but some travelers may not like that added noise. The biggest barrier to me ever booking at this location again is the off property parking. They do give you a voucher at the front desk to pay for it, but what a pain to have to walk from the hotel to a parking garage every time you need something from the car. So this location was not for me, but again the staff were really lovely so the stars are for them.
