Dirty room smelled like cigarettes, roaches, dirty towels and linens, dirty bathroom loud at night and very sketchy no snacks and the upgrade was not needed felt like it was a regular room wasted my money on nothing.
We reserved for NON SMOKING and was given a SMELLY SMOKING ROOM and front desk staff tells me no more room. Staff is unprofessional, unattentive to guests. No amenities of any kind..not even morning coffee.
This property is dirty nasty bottom of the dumpster trifling. The staff is rude and nasty. The sheet has stains all over them. You don’t know if you sleeping on clean sheets or dirty sheets, the room, stink, and reek of cigarette smoke. The tub was brown. I couldn’t even give my baby a bath. The sink was nasty like someone dirty washed up in the sink before and didn’t rinse it out. the room was just disgusting smelled is someone may have urinated in the room and I had two rooms one smelled like urine and the other smelled like cat or pet or whatever it was just nasty. I would not recommend this to my Enemy. Just disgusting then the icemaker has spiderwebs and dirt all in it is nasty. Then every time I leave when I come back I have to go to the front desk just for them to unlock my car because I couldn’t get into my room so just imagine getting off work at 4 AM and you can’t even get in your room you gotta come back down the steps just to go to the front desk just to get your room key unlocked for you to be able to get into your room and every time I have to do that the Lightskin girl with long hair and light eyes. She has such a very nasty attitude with me every time as if it’s my fault that the keys just stopped working the other young lady I believe her name was Kim. She was nice other than that. The other lady at the front desk was so rude. I’m professional and had a bad attitude
The front desk guy was nice at beginning offering to give a refund. When I came back it was a whole other story he got frustrated and acted like I just went to the room for a quickie.( I had my family) the room smelt musty and was pretty dirty and run down. Another coupe was there complaining about bed bugs. He gave me the paper with the refund but hotel. Com didn’t want to refund. It’s currently in dispute with Mastercard what a nightmare this has become. Stay away.
dislike. the room smell horrible like homeless house and dirty room. really bad smell and also when you booked online the room it's saying smoke free. but the room smells cigarettes and also all corners have dogs hair. when you sleep on the bed there's something itchy your body. please don't Waste your money. I'm not sleep like this room for free. Thank you!
