Had a huge cockroach in our room. It crawled up onto the nightstand and was by our heads in bed. We were given another room, but no compensation of even a free water for having to pack up and move, or even a sorry. Its a gorgeous property though.

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located. Very comfortable room. The restaurant morning staff left a lot to be desired. Waitess acted like she hated her job and the food needed some flavor. Overall. We would stay there again.

Everything was just like it suppose to be and the staff was just amazing & friendly and friendly hen I tell you very helpful OMG. The room was so clean & housekeeping was amazing. I love the shuttle service that takes U to the famous “Moe’s Seafood Restaurant drop-off & pickup in a timely manner. The view was everything & it was in walking distance across from the habor. The hotel is just in the perfect location for everything. I love it & most definitely will be back. Oh & I almost forgot about the fine dining for breakfast & dinner. Staff was just amazing. I give a 10 out of a 10.

You get what you see!

From check in to time we checked out, my husband and i really enjoyed the Royal Sonesta.. i code it because of the pictures and ratings, and it doesn't disappoint. My husband loved the gym, the pool and hot tub were super relaxing. The room so comfy and clean. When ever i come back to Baltimore, i will be staying at the Royal Sonesta!

There is only one place to eat, the food was not good. There was a coffee shop, it wasn't open, employee left. No complimentary breakfast, as most hotels. Front desk employees were not friendly. I expected better especially because of the cost.

I would come again

This is the most comfortable place I have stayed at. Room was cleaned every day. Bed felt like a cloud. The sauna and pool was great, not smelly like other places I’ve stayed at. And the roof top courtyard was a peace place to sit.

Need to instruct front desk how far cruise terminal is from hotel. Answer was it's a couple blocks and you can walk. However, we find out it's almost 2 miles away. Even in stellar shape, and luggage it would have been one long ealk

I've traveled extensively around the world, and I can confidently say this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was shockingly rude, petty, and unprofessional. They purposefully made me wait 9 hours to check in with no explanation or apology. It felt like they were going out of their way to be unhelpful. The hotel itself was in terrible shape, nothing about it felt “premium” despite what they advertise. From the rundown condition of the room to the lack of basic hospitality, it was a complete letdown. I was so put off by the entire experience that I checked out the following morning, unable to tolerate another day. To make matters worse, I had a hard time getting my money back.
