Very convenient to the CFG bank arena, where I was headed to a show. The staff were accommodating. We checked in a little early and checked out a little late. Pretty easy walk to the National Aquarium.

The staff was amazing! Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. However, any part of the hotel beyond the lobby reeked of marijuana...the elevator, the hallways, and both rooms we were in. We were also initially assigned a room that looked at a wall and air conditioning units, even though there were only 10 rooms in the whole place booked for the night.

The hotel/room was clean. A shower tile or two needs to be cemented securely. There was one lamp in the room that didn’t provide sufficient lighting for the area. However, the lighting by the door and bathroom was fine. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay again.

Overall, this hotel provided a satisfactory experience. However, the surrounding area exhibited both positive and negative aspects. Notably, the hotel’s daily ballet service was highly commendable and reasonably priced. Nevertheless, attempting to self-park proved to be highly inconvenient. The AC in the room works amazing and the room itself is generally pretty decent.

Mr Russel and the rest of the Front Reception staff were very pleasant. The gentleman who fixed the TV was very pleasant as well. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area within walking distance to the Inner Harbor.

great location close to the waterfront. Quite a few homeless around but good security. Day workers amazing and helpful. we did ask for a package to be stored in the freezer for the duration of our stay and they happily took it. What we got back was warm and defrosted. so had not need in the freezer. Bags of New Mexico green chile had to be thrown away. Glad it wasn’t a life saving medication.

Great stay

The hotel was very clean and also our room. The beds were extremely comfortable and nice linens. The same for the towels very good quality. The hotel is in walking distance to the harbor. Would recommend.

The beds were comfortable. I did make an enquiry about the curtains not shutting all the way and when I spoke with the front desk they said that it would be addressed when I check out. 1 bottle of water $3.00. The curtain situations was scarry.

Our stay in this hotel was very HOT. When we checked into our room at 12 am Thursday , the room temp was 77/78 degrees of humid harbor heat. We requested a new room and were told to“request new room in the morning”. Thank goodness the windows worked “slightly”. Room had dirty towels in the corner, bowl under the bed. After not being moved to another room on Saturday night we asked for a FAN at least. We were given fan from the kitchen (see photo). We’re told we would be comped for our bad experience. But no calls or emails. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
