Just a one night stay

Pillows were too, too soft, toilet too low and without a grab bar to help you get up. Mattress felt like a spring covered with a sheet. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. She made me accept the bad things by being so nice.

I was disappointed when we got there we were told their pool had been closed for a year and the reason me and my family got the hotel room was to enjoy the pool. It was false advertisement that the pool would be an amenity of the room. The front desk lady was willing to work with me in getting a refund but it was too last minute for me and my family to do so.

I am pleasantly surprised with the kindness and good treatment of the hotel staff, A to everyone. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, the place where the hotel is located is beautiful. Ample parking and a varied and delicious breakfast.
