I loved the old style building. The architecture and interior details were gorgeous. The staff was great. Our room was clean. The front main entrance was fine. Unfortunately if you walk around the block there are a bunch of adult nightclubs and it’s pretty sketchy around the back. During the day you can walk the Harbor and it that was great. I wouldn’t walk around late at night though.

This hotel has such charm and character! The associate at check-in was so pleasant. It was convenient to have a buffet breakfast on the premises. The buffet had several hot items in addition to fruit, cereal, and yogurt. The hotel was in walking distance to several stores and restaurants and also the harbor and the convention center. Very convenient! Our room was large and very nice with plenty of amenities. I would love to stay there again. When making your reservation, be sure to include the valet parking package. There are several parking garages right there but are very expensive and there is no on-street parking. It is not in a quiet area because it is in town.

The hotel itself is great. The rooms are very large. The breakfast was lovely with many options. The parking is not convenient but they offer valet to make up for it. The only negative is the surroundings
