We absolutely loved this place. We will definitely be staying again. It was amble enough for our family, plenty of sleeping space. My favorite part is how secluded it was. We went outside to see the stars at night. Absolutely beautiful, thank you.
Very quiet and relaxing stay. There were some dead flies around the windows and doors but overall a very clean home. I will definitely rebook for another stay.
Fun place that was perfect for a relaxing stay. We soaked at Lava hotsprings just down the road (10 min or so). Then enjoyed a quiet evening. Everything we needed in the kitchen was thrre with modern appliances. Clean and simply but comfortably furnished. Highly recommend if you donât want to listen to kids and drunk patrons yelling up and down a hotel hallway all night or an elevator beep for the hundredth time. No traffic noise,, beautiful stars, and lots of space. Perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy your family.
Property is as advertised and well maintained. Location is nice and quiet on farmland about 10 minutes from Lava Hot Springs. Pocatello is about 45 minutes away. Only downside is there aren't any amenities in the immediate area, but this is pretty clear from the listing and wasn't a big deal for us. If you're staying anywhere I'm SE Idaho you're going to need a car anyway.
Host was very responsive and accommodating, helped us work through a minor issue during our stay and always was quick to respond to a text. Definitely recommend for families or couples, it's a very nice property in a beautiful setting!
My parents were visiting from Mexico and we needed a place to stay for the night. Every hotel in Lava Hot Springs required a 2 night stay so this farmhouse was the perfect choice for us. It is a very cute farmhouse and the beds and couch were very comfy. It also had all the necessities. We couldnât figure out how to make the tv work and the host was kind enough to swing by and get it working for us. 100% recommend!
The place smells awful and when the heat came on the smell was unbearable. There are no screens in the windows and we had to deal with bugs coming in while we tried to get fresh air. One window was broken and taped with electrical tape. We were asked to wash towels and the dryer sounds like itâs on its last leg. My husband stepped on a red ant hill when unloading bags from our vehicle. The yard is infested with vermin, possibly voles or mice judging by the holes in the yard and from the smell in the house. I did not read reviews before booking. I will not make that mistake again.
Had great communication with Carrie. We came during some bad weather and she was very helpful. The place was great for our family of five. Plenty of places to sleep and everything adequately stocked. The bathroom sink was pretty tall for our five year olds to reach so a step stool would be nice.
