Disrespect to paying customers, incorrect feature descriptions. We have had a room facing the atrium. So no fresh air, but instead a view of the hotels old and unused furniture storage. That is disrespectful to customers paying full price. The term 'health club' was chosen for one stationary bike, a set of weights. All stuffed into the room home to two hot tubs. So if you are into inhaling pool chemicals during your cardio workout - that's the place for you. Old, worn furniture in the room, carpet, let me guess - late 80s. Congrats for making such a sustainable choice, that the carpet lasted that long. All that doesn't come cheap. Be warned. Pics available. Not a place to feel comfortable.

Great location to walk the entire Banff downtown district. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Appreciated the heated underground parking which was included in the room stay. Room was large and had a keurig so I could enjoy coffee nice and early in the room. Sauna/hot tubs felt great after hiking. My son and I tried to think of anything bad about this place and all we could come up with was we hated the toilet paper holder. So that should tell you that it’s a great place! Oh and free bear spray rental! Totally recommend the Ptarmigan!

We only stayed on night while traveling. Room was clean, quiet and a comfortable bed. Location is great. We had a balcony but it faced another hotel, so view wasn’t great.
