I liked the convenient underground parking, proximity to the main street and view from the balcony of the mountains. I wish the bed had been more comfortable. The mattress was quite firm which affected my sleep. Everything else with the room was excellent.

Great location if you want to just walk to Banff downtown shops, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast being included was a plus for a family as it saved time and money while starting the day on phenomenal daily outings to gondola ride, world class lakes, breathtaking hikes, and tours. Entire hotel staff was quite cordial. Young women at the front desk was quite helpful in helping us navigate the area, recommend best ways and times to explore attractions. Room and hotel was quite clean and well maintained. Would certainly recommend.

Clean and quiet!

My husband and I spent one night here. The room was spacious and clean. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Parking is in an underground garage. The breakfast was good, standard continental breakfast. We were in a room on the first floor. It was quiet. Only issue was the ice machine is on the third floor.

the room had good amenities, but had been flooded by a rainstorm and was still wet by the window and by the bed. The hotel staff put down a "winter" mat over the carpet as it was too wet to step on. The room smelled musty and wet likely due to the flooding. Apparently this was the only room of that type available. We paid $1000 per night which was unreasonable, especially given the state of the room mentioned above.

We were very happy with the size of our room, the balcony, overall aesthetic and amenities and attention by the staff. We always look for a place that serves our basic needs without being overpriced since we spend most of our time out of the hotel. The breakfast was very good, too! Perhaps the only negative was a somewhat stale odor if the fan in the room wasn’t running - so we kept it on most of the time while in the room.
