I got an infection from the hot tub, when I attempted to discuss this with the staff, they were dismissive and uncaring. The rooms are run down now, our door stuck and was hard to open, the screen was out of the front window. They sent maintenance when asked but he was there less than 5 minutes and didn't fix either issue. They don't enforce their no alcohol rule in the hot tub, so you have to contend with alcohol induced idiocy when just trying to relax. Overall, we've stayed at this resort at least once a year for the past five years, often we've stayed twice, but we'll be long break from them going forward.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Donโ€™t get me wrong! Views were spectacular, bed was clean! We had a 3 bed condo. It did the job. But for the amt of money you think it would be in better shape. Itโ€™s very out dated, we had a lot of dust, grime, cob webs. My daughter cut her foot as she went to walked around side of bed and the vents were not secure properly and it just came right off. Hot tub views โ€œcheckโ€ the condition of hot tub, terrible. Needs repair asap. Front desk staff were amazing.
