A Sumptuous Home Base in Banff

We absolutely loved the Otter. Wonderful room, tasteful furnishings, great local soap, shampoo, and custom coffee order every morning included. And the view from the hot tub was stunning. Used it every day. They also give you free passes to use the awesome Roam buses, didn’t need to use our car the four days we were there. The Otter restaurant and Sudden Sally restaurant at their sister hotel next store were amazing. Ate almost all our meals there. Finally, the staff were lovely. Very helpful and kind.

Enjoyed our stay! The hot pool was a great feature. Waiter staff and the front desk were friendly and helpful. We booked a king with a mountain view. Unlike the pitcures shown here, some of those rooms are blocked by a roof across from the room.

Very nice room. Really enjoyed the stay. It was far enough away from the bustle of the main business area but close enough to walk. The bus was a good option too. The tea and coffee in the room was a bit unusual but fine once we figured it out
