We stayed here because we had an early flight the next morning. It’s cheap and convenient which is why I gave it two stars, front desk staff speak good English and are kind. The room however was a let down (can I complain for the price?!) - bathroom was clean but had a bad smell, the front door is open all night and our room door itself did not lock. As I was there with children I blocked the door with my suitcase but this is not really acceptable: that being said, with the Thai culture, I never felt unsafe with an unlocked room. But the principle of a hotel room is that it had to lock….
