The staff was wonderful and the hotel was in a good location to the subway and mall. The only reason why they did not get a 5/5 is that my bathroom sink did not drain very well. It clogs so we had to wait for the water to drain down. The only other negative factor was our air conditioner stalled and locked up on two of our 8 night stays in our kids’ room. It was stuffy and uncomfortable. Otherwise, our assigned room staff was very thoughtful to put happy birthday decorations for our daughter’s birthday and a cake which made her very happy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

across the road from Samyan Mitrtown shopping centre which has many different places to eat, and other shopping options. Also has access to MRT which can connect you to BTS and Ferry options. The hotel staff are helpful and always friendly and professional. The hotel room was quiet and clean, but the bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped, regardless of this, the room was fine. I think the bathroom needs an update, but our room was always cleaned well. overall a great location to get around Bangkok with excellent service.
