I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to rest before an early flight. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The only issue I experienced was with the airport shuttle. The hotel advertises a free scheduled shuttle to Suvarnabhumi Airport, but when I requested it, I was told the service was not available because my departure time was too early. As a result, the hotel charged us a fee for airport drop-off. This was disappointing, as the free shuttle was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Aside from the shuttle confusion, everything else was great. I would still recommend the hotel for its comfort, service, and proximity to the airport, but I suggest confirming shuttle availability in advance if you have an early flight.

I booked for 12 days with breakfast everyday. I had to be moved 3 different times due to showers not working at all…. I than went to Chiang Mai for 6 of those days, so I wasn’t there . I only had breakfast 3 days of the 12. I had to book an extra night to make it 13 so when I asked the lady I’ll pay the extra day even though I hadn’t had a shower for 5 days due to there showers not working I asked if she could give me a free breakfast she repaid NO you have to pay for it there was no accountability and most of the workers and herself were extremely rude, I also spent big money on room service, NEVEr AGAIN…..

The room was very clean and the staff was great. Loved the room, just not the stiff bed. The hotel is more used by Chinese tourist so breakfast was more for them. Overall not a bad hotel, but far from the main roads. Would probably use this hotel again for a night or two, but not long stays.

Looks like the property was built by an enthusiastic amateur. Vanity sink Bockes and even the overflow did not work. Door to the balcony was poor quality and got stuck as you opened it. When it rained staff placed towels everywhere.
