Run, do not stay here. It’s bad,hotel is Old

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, room was dirty no wash towels, no extra towels, no tissues, I booked a deluxe king room they gave me double twins. No apology or upgrade, no options. Just basically take it or leave it. After I Paid for my stay in full for 4 days, they asked for a Cash $20 deposit on top what was already Paid in Full, it’s not like I had a balance Owed. Also there’s no elevator in the hotel you have to lift your Own luggage’s, I’m 5’2 I was struggling to lift my own luggage’s. When you ask questions for help, there’s no help staff doesn’t want to move an inch to help. My room had mosquitos all over, in 100* weather, house cleaning left the window open, so there were so many mosquitos in my room. I had bed bug bites all over my arms and legs. Do not stay here.

Great hotel

I always stay here as it’s such a great hotel. Brilliantly managed, great location and the staff are wonderful. The pool on the roof is perfect. It’s may be starting to look a little dated but don’t let that put you off. Highly recommend.

Spent 1min in the room before leaving and looking for another hotel. Bathroom was disgusting, no toilet paper and the shower was a cheap old wall water heater. Oh and there was no shower curtain so you get to shower with the toilet. Room had broken windows that we couldn’t close so the ac was pointless.

Hace 7 años vuelvo siempre a Rambuttri, la ubicación es fantástica, queda cerca de todo y cumple con lo básico. La pileta de natación está muy conveniente. El desayuno está muy completo. Si bien nos alojamos durante Songkran, las habitaciones son bastante insonoras y pudimos dormir bien. Puntos a mejorar: wifi (cada vez que te vas de la propiedad tenes que volver a poner usuario y contraseña para conectarte y es bastante molesto), hace 7 años vuelvo pero hace 7 años el hotel está igual, con una inversión baja se podría mejorar muchísimo. Las habitaciones son MUY BÁSICAS. (Cumplen pero no son agradables, les falta renovación)

As a couple in our twenties we chose to stay here as it was close to the main area of Khao San Road. Despite not wanting to go out to this road for clubbing in general we were there during Songkran and it was the most convenient location hidden away. It was 26 minute walk to the Grand Palace and a further 10 to Wat Pho. We only stayed for 2 nights but was all we needed. Staff are lovely and helpful and we used the pool area during our stay. Overall clean and good facilities up on the rooftop pool. Breakfast was also included and right next door for a buffet. Free luggage storage for one day (used on our leaving day) but cheap to store otherwise. Only comment is probably that we had some ants on the floor and would be useful to have a water bottle fill up station maybe. Useful to note there is seating in the reception but no air con, only air con in the room but didn’t affect us. Very reasonable for the price, would go back.

The staff was great, but no laundry except expensive service that take over 24 hrs. The maid didn't attempt to clean the room because we were in it. Because of Songkran we had to walk through crowds, getting our luggage wet.

Been here several times, the house maid and staff are wonderful. Favorite spot is the koi pond and how close to Kaosan and all the food stalls near the hotel. You're also literally right next door to Wat Chanah songkram.

Back alley surprise

Stayed one night as a stop over. The hotel is really quiet considering how close it was to all the night life. Staff were all really freindly, room was clean, bed was firm. Breakfast next to a koi pond was a lovely way to start the day.
