Very nice property. Convenient airport shuttle service. Nice clean rooms. Gym better than most hotel gyms. Everyone was very attentive. Almost nothing to do on, or around, property. I got so bored, I finally had to rent a driver to go into Bangkok. If your stay is very short, it is a very nice place. But if you would like some activities: shopping, walking, sight seeing, etc. , then you are better off renting in Bangkok and praying for a longer can ride to the airport. This place is best as a 1 night transit hotel.

The pictures in the listing were a bit nicer than reality. It was quite outdated. The sink looked dirty but was just chipped a lot to the point of being off putting. They did a nice job with the small space around the pool and had a fair amount of amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttles weren’t quite on time and really had to pack people and luggage in. Not sure I’d stay there again but it was sufficient for one night before a flight. A neat view of the city at night in the distance.

Transfer trouble trouble

Bad experience during the airport transfer as a lady was being removed from the service then our luggage was removed too. Fortunately,I spotted it but had to shout to the staff to tell him that it was our luggage and not the lady’s! Very poor service!

Great choice near airport

Excellent hotel, located 15 min from terminal . Enjoyed great view on the landing/ departure of BKK. Staff very efficient and friendly,spacious room, appreciate also information received before checking about activities planned in the hotel ( yoga and music set). Recommend if you need to sleep near airport
