The airport shuttle was 20 mins late due to traffic. Room seemed clean, however overnight we got bitten by bed bugs. I have messaged the hotel to let them know about this and to try and address this, but have not had a response. The soundproofing was also awful and we could hear every word of the conversation that the person in the next door room was having.

I selected the hotel for its proximity to the airport and for the free airport shuttle. In addition to that the room was large, very well appointed, with a large and very comfortable bed. And the staff were very frirndky and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again

This hotel is an excellent option for those with an overnight stay and early departure. The airport shuttle bus starts at 4.15 am. The breakfast is excellent in its range and quality. Rooms are comfortable with some having panoramic views of the airport. The shuttle from the airport is not so good. A long wait if you miss it but a metered taxi is worthwhile. The fare includes a mandatory 50 Baht for the driver. Final cost was 140 Baht which was much better than hanging around for 40 minutes. The hotel liaison people are wearing teal blue rather than lime green jackets.

Very nice place. Comfortable. Staff are amazing. Elevators are a little slow and the bathroom is a little dated but other than that its an amazing and affordable place. Dinner can get a little expensive.

Didn't check out the pool. The hotel itself is modern and beautiful. We had 2 bedrooms for our family of 4 which was great! The staff are super friendly and the restaurant is great. Delicious breakfast buffet. The shuttle wasn't super frequent, hourly only, so plan for that but it's close to the airport.
