Only 1 elevator running which was extremely slow and often meant waiting 5 minutes or more as well as missing out as the line up of people would grow.

It's a beautiful property, just blocks away from the BTS station. The rooms and common areas were in great condition. The main (minor) issue i had was that in trying to be modern, there were some technical issues that came up. The elevator had a key scanner that didn't work very well, and there are about 20 light switches in the room - hard to find which switches control which fixtures.

My family of 5 had 2 suites and we stayed for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay here because it was quiet and all the staff were very friendly and accommodative. This hotel will be our top choice if we ever come here for holidays again.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is right near transit snit makes it easy to get around. Also walking distance to about 4 popular rooftop clubs/bars.

Really enjoyed our stay here, was comfortable and quiet and close to the BTS station. I think it's not really 5 stars as the rooms feel a bit worn. No bar either but despite these two things I would happily stay again.
