My partner was very ill and our toilet got clogged. It took 2 trips to the front desk and a call to housekeeping and about 2 hours before I was finally given a plunger, all the while my partner was very ill, we think from some bad food. Staff did come up with a plunger after we had taken care of the clogged toilet.A manager did call and apologized and gave us some reward points, but that didn't help us when we needed help. I will say the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The amount of construction around and getting to the hotel was terrible!

The staff was very nice. The hotel was quiet, but conveniently close to the airport and shopping and dining. The room and bedding was clean and comfortable. They had warm cider in the lobby in the evenings (this was late September) and the continental breakfast was pretty standard, but enjoyable. I would stay here again!

The rooms were clean. However, the cleaning carts were in the hall when we checked in and when we checked out. they were moved during the night. I think we were next to the laundry and they were moved out when they were working there.
