Everything was great except for the man who checked us in. He was a bit rude and off putting. Called me a no show even though we called and said our flights were delayed and we would be checking in late- which the lady I spoke to then was quite nice and understanding. Everyone else we encountered was lovely.

The girl at the front desk was AMAZING! She was very kind and accommodating. 5 stars for her. The room was fine BUT because we were put in an adjoining room (not my choice) we had a terrible night. The person in the room on the other side of the adjoining door smoked pot for hours and the stink infiltrated our room! We tried blocking it with a towel but it didn’t help. We both got headaches and upset stomach from the pot odor. We did not sleep! We specified a NON SMOKING room but having someone smoking in the adjoining room absolutely ruined out night and we struggled the next day due to lack of sleep. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE COMFORT INN for allowing pot smoking. We should have been told. If it wasn’t so cold we would have tried sleeping in our car. You need to put the pot smokers in a different section so senior citizens like ourselves can get what we pay for. Thank you.
