After changing rooms three times -I liked the third room First room -I did not want an door between rooms Second room- air conditioner old and noisy and poor tv remote Third room - much better and staff was great

Very Good, But Not Perfect

It was mostly good. The two things that I was disappointed in was the parking and the breakfast. When I booked I was under the impression that both were free, but that turned out not to be true. It was also a little confusing how the parking worked with the validation and all that. I think that there has got to be a better was to approach that.

Had a one night stay in this place and it was pretty decent for an airport hotel. The staff was courteous, food in the attached restaurant was good and the rooms were decently spacious.

it is a very nice property. its slightly remote at an airport but had several places to get a fairly priced meal. * Lets remember you share this space with others and loud voices can be heard by all.

Upon evening arrival we were told the onsite restaurant was closed because the airport was closed. Had to scramble to find a place to eat downtown and it was 8 pm at that point. Although hotel was nearly empty they put us in a dark low level room facing the entrance to the terminal- it was claustrophobic so we got a room on the top floor. Once we were ready for bed we discovered that there were no sheets. They moved us to the room next door. At checkout they knew about the incident but still charged us for parking which I feel that should have been comped. They apologized for all the mishaps and told us to help ourselves to muffins and coffee. We thanked them but the coffee pot was empty. Our stay really sucked
