Very communicative host!!! They were always available when I reached out.The cabin was as described. It is very spacious and well appointed. We had a great time with family.Beech Mountain is a touristy location, and has anything one may need pretty close by.

We had a great time with family. Beds were comfortable. Had plenty of room to hang out. Is convenient to skiing. A little disappointed we couldn’t get in at 4 pm because cleaners were still there for another 20 minutes. Fresh towels still damp on bed. Coffee maker needs to be cleaned out. Old games with missing pieces should be replaced or removed. Light bulb burned out in second floor bathroom on right. Saw lots of friendly tame deer. Kids loved that!

We loved this cabin, the location, the view, and the host. I am already looking forward to renting this cabin again, which is something I haven’t done before. The house itself is beautiful, well stocked, and clean. There is plenty of room and the beds are so comfortable. The view is absolutely amazing and there are deer everywhere. It was a wonderful experience. I spoke to Eunice while we were there and he was super helpful, very attentive, and a great host!

The checkin and communication with owner was easy and perfect. The house itself is very dated and there is no air conditioning in the main bedrooms- only on upper floor and way down below in basement in main room but not in bedrooms down there. The basement level is sooo steep to get to which is not really good for adults - only just for kids. Overall the house worked for us but wouldn’t recommend for large parties.

Eunice is absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend staying here if it’s available!! 6 spacious and roomy bedrooms with 5 updated and clean bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed to cook. The living areas have air conditioners and TVs. The living room has plenty of room, we had a family of 13 (9 adults, a teenager and 2 preschoolers) and we were very comfortable! The back porches are relaxing areas to sit, unwind, grab a cup of coffee, and enjoy the views! Did I mention it’s a fabulous house? We definitely plan to come back!

Nice, clean property with everything you need

Very nice 3 level house in Beech Mtn. The communication from the property manager was excellent. Easy to contact and prompt replies to any questions. Check in and out are super easy. Only small issue we encountered was no Air Conditioning unit on the mid level- which has 3 bedrooms including our master since we let the mother in law use the top floor master. The listing vaguely mentions AC units (says something like AC mini on top floor and basement). We were in town for a late June wedding and the local temp was mid 70s. The mid level never cooled to below 74 deg. The top floor and basement which have the small wall mounted AC units cooled very nicely. Thankfully extra fans are provided and the ceiling fans in every room were great. It wasn't a huge deal for us, but it could be if you were visiting during a hot summer timeframe. Just fyi. Everything else about the property is as advertised and the unit has everything you need for a nice mountain vacation.

Great place for our family

We had grandparents, parents, and children who were teens and young adults in our group of 11. There was enough space for being together and for privacy when one needed it. The house was very well equipped with necessities and other useful items as well. We were a short drive from both Beech and Sugar and rental places and restaurants. It is a place I would rent again!

We LOVED our stay. The house worked perfectly for our friends group of 10 people. We had plenty of room for everyone to gather in the kitchen and living room area. The weather was not great on Saturday so it was a nice day to just hang out and play games.

Fantastic Family Fun!

For our 3rd annual family fun weekend, the 11 of us came to Beech Mountain. We had a blast! The house was great, clean, organized and a wonderful view. It was cozy and spacious at the same time. The entire process was smooth. Eunice is wonderful and answered questions quickly. The location is perfect. Three of the “littles” and their parents had a wonderful ski day - skiing is SO close. We had wonderful family time around the fire. From under 2 to 70+ this beautiful home has it all. It is generously stocked with necessities and nice touches - we enjoyed not having to strip the beds. Thank you for a fantasic retreat!

A Fun Stay!

We had a really fun stay with a large group of friends and babies! We hopped over from Johnson City & spent a weekend playing games and hanging out. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the cabin was just as described! Eunice communicated well and answered my questions up through the checkin process, but I did not get replies on my two separate emails that I sent during our stay. We ran into just a few issues- the grill ran out of propane mid-grill so we had to move our meat inside. We didn’t think to check it prior to grilling, so we did not know it was empty. The fire pit table also had no propane in it so we did not get to use it. There were a couple of nails sticking out on the staircase that two separate friends stepped on. There was also an active leak in the second floor bathroom ceiling that I emailed Eunice about. None of this ruined our stay, but I did find it odd that I never got responses when I notified Eunice of these issues. We enjoyed our stay and are grateful to have had a clean and comfortable place to spend a weekend with friends!

Sibling Retreat
