We arrived pretty late at night so unfortunately wasnât able to appreciate the scenery. Cabin was great, clean, cozy, and the kitchen well stocked. Having coffee ready to go in the morning was a plus. I would definitely stay there again.
We had the best little stay at this adorable cabin! We had two families, 4 kids (ages 10-13) and they loved the loft area. The bottom level bed was SO comfy, kitchen fully stocked and plenty of available towels. Easy navigation to Beech Mountain resort for skiing, great iced lattes at First Chair Coffee Shop and yummy family dinners at both Famous Brick Oven Pizza (kids loved the arcade and ice cream) and Bullwinkels (great pasta and sammies!). Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and while the wood was a little too wet for a fire, it was still a great option. Plenty of deer around, so be careful while driving, but that was fun to look out the windows and see often. Communication was consistent and all of our needs were met. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!
We had a lovely time celebrating my grandmothers 87th birthday at this cozy little cabin. We stayed in playing board games and doing puzzles most of the time, and ventured out to shop a little as well. The kitchen was fully equipped and provided all we needed to make delicious meals and even a birthday cake! Very nice features and furniture. The kids loft was especially adorable and the privacy of the downstairs bedroom was appreciated. We would recommend this place to any family and weâll definitely be back!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and pleasant. The only feedback that I would give are the pans in the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked well but the pans are not really made for a glasstop stove. They need to be flat on the bottom not rounded so that they will heat up faster. We wanted to use the fireplace on the coldest night but it wouldn't come on. We think that perhaps the propane was empty. But those are just minor things. The house is really lovely and our stay was great.
